Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre

Yup - take a quick trip back to South Africa with us! At the very end of our overland tour to Mozambique and Kruger NP in South Africa, we stopped at the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre to see some critters up close and personal. We got to feed vultures, pet a purring cheetah, and wander around storks and other cool birds. It was a tourist trap, but a valuable working rehabilitation center as well. This was the part we found the most interesting. Sadly, something strange happened to my camera's memory card and all my photos from this day were corrupted. This was a real bummer, I was most excited about the video of the purring cheetah I had taken. BUT - when I was home in NY over the holidays, my Dad got some software that was able to recover all the photos and video. I've finally posted them to my Picasa site (in the "Overland Mozambique, etc." album) but here are a few for the blog.
