Jackson Hole....visiting Jay's Dad and Charlotte and hitting the slopes!

We spent the last weekend in February in Jackson, WY visiting Jay's Dad and Charlotte. It had been too long since we had seen them and we all had a great time! Lucky for us, we went in the winter and it just so happens that they live next to Jackson Hole, is a kick-a** ski resort with some great snow! We landed, skied for four days in a row, and the took off again! Wow. I've told stories of the weekend with the images below.

Buz and Charlotte's house with my shadow. It was great to be in a cold, dry place with snow! I miss winter since we live in soggy Anacortes, so visiting them was a real treat.

Just like that our trip was over. It was too short and far too fun. But the parting view from the runway is always a jaw-dropper.

The parting shot is Tuffy, Buz and Charlotte's relatively new kitten that I was totally in love with. He climbed into everything. In this photo he has just emerged from an expedition to the top of the ski bag.
