Well, I've done it. Forget eating healthy. I had to sign up for a chocolate-making class, and boy oh boy, did I learn to make chocolate everything!!
As you can see, we didn't mess around in the class. Not at all! We learned how to make truffles, how to temper chocolate properly, how to wrap chocolate in thin foil for presentation (not as easy as it sounds), and how to dip and decorate all kinds of good things. Yummy. Watch out for your bellies - I've got a new hobby!
